The Sausage Man Never Sleeps specialises in high quality gourmet sausages that are anything but traditional German Bratwurst. All ingredients are of the highest quality and sausages are handmade to order in an EU registered Fleischerei. All pork is antibiotic and GE free from Bäuerliche Erzeugergemeinschaft Schwäbisch Hall. We now offer once a week local delivery to Berlin post codes within the ring (shop linked from our website). You can also check our Friday and Saturday Markthalle Neun stand for our entire range of goods, or any of the other retailers selling our wares (map on website homepage).

After years of experimenting we’ve done it! Authentic Irish Sausages - made in Berlin.

In 2024, our Irish colleague Kilian decided to try making a classic Irish sausage, the kind that was always in the fridge growing up. It has a smooth but substantial texture, a peppery well-seasoned flavour and collagen skins to give it that biting ‘snap’. Online now! And they’ll be at our stand this Saturday!

Simon will be making ya bacon sandwiches (or sarnies, butties, cobs, whatever you prefer to call them!) this Saturday at Markthalle Neun for the breakfast market from 11am.

They’re not complicated but they’re delicious - simple white bread, butter, tomato sauce (or maybe brown if you ask nicely), and a stack of our bacon. For a fiver.

It’s officially Autumn and that means it’s time for one our favorite staff lunches, Biscuits and Gravy, made with our Chipolata sausage meat.

It’s decadent and delicious, and the ideal belly warming food after a hard day’s work. G’wan, treat yourself.
