Baguette with Hummus, Avocado & Scrambled Neggst
A fresh, vibrant sandwich idea that works perfectly for cafés, and brunchs 🌱

1 fresh baguette
Hummus
Paprika (grilled or raw, sliced into strips)
½ avocado, sliced
Scrambled Neggst

Slice the baguette lengthwise. Spread a generous layer of hummus on the base. Add sliced paprika, grilled for a smoky note or raw for extra crunch. Layer fresh avocado slices on top. Finish with warm Scrambled Neggst. Close the sandwich and enjoy it!

Creamy, fresh, slightly smoky and perfectly balanced in texture.

🌱 Asparagus season is here, and we’ve got a recipe you have to try!

We used our Sunny Side Up here, but it also goes perfectly with our Poached Neggst available at Vegane Fleischerei Berlin 😏💛

Roast green asparagus for 10 mins with a drizzle of oil.
Wrap in vegan bacon.
Top it off with a Poached Neggst… Incredible!
