I started to make lentil sprouts regularly again since i want to put the gyros on another Level and keep it there. I use different colours of lentis and filtered water. Later you will find the sprouts Mixed with fresh Cut parsley as the topping on the Pita. Cheers and cya @ Mauerpark!
