Throwback for a few days ago
So tried this recipe called ''cheesecake lumer'' or ''melting cheesecake'' that has been around lately . Followed all the measurement and the only thing I change is I use chocolate condensed milk instead the regular one since my regular one is can type and I only need a small amount so I used the chocolate one since I have it in sachet type. It tastes really good but I have to say for my personal taste , I can't taste the cheese instead the coconut milk flavor is stronger. Even though everybody in the comments said it's so ''cheesy'' but for me , it's still lacking. Need to change some measurements for better result.

Nanban Chicken Rice

Originated in Miyazaki Prefecture. This dish is combination of sweet and sour , with vinegar based homemade marinade for the chicken's dipping sauce , and our homemade tartar sauce .
95% sauce's ingredients is all imported from Japan because the taste is different from local , and some we modified to taste like Japan's .

Most people said they hate tartar sauce? Promise you won't hate our tartar , it's not your ordinary tartar :D

What's the difference with other fried oreos?
We're using chocolate batter and addition of cream cheese for the filling.
The coating is chewy pancake alike and oreo biscuits' signature flavor inside top with icing sugar sprinkles~
Too sweet?
No worry , this is surprisingly less sweet than original oreo because we're using cheese to tone down the sweet .
If you want it to be sweet you can request to remove the cream cheese (｀・∀・´)

We've made a debut selling some of our menu in one of the biggest event in Medan USU 2016
If you're one of our customers , any feedback for the taste of our menu?
And yes our booth's staffs did cosplay to serve customers and we printed another banner for drinks.

Our menu that time is :
1. Omu Rice
- Sweet tomato rice with fluffy omelette on top. This is the real original taste from Japan . Not salty , not sour , but sweet !

2. Kare Rice
- Japanese curry rice to warm up your belly . Satisfy more with our katsu or karaage topping
Rp30.000

* + karaage / katsu Rp40.000

3. Oyakodon
- Chicken and egg rice bowl , feel the cozy with a warm oyakodon as your meal
Rp30.000

4. Japanese Savory Pancake
- Free flour means less carbo and less fat! Taste the switch of the flour. An okonomiyaki alike without katsuobushi and aonori.

5. Chicken Katsu
- Chicken fillet with our katsu sauce as the topping

6. Japanese Sandwich
- Sandwich with chicken pepperoni , cheese , sunny side egg , and our homemade tartar sauce. No worry , our tartar sauce is less sour and just like the taste of japanese one

And here's other menus that we're actually want to serve but there're some problems so we didn't :
1. Karaage
- This is not just your ordinary fried boneless chicken bites , but we have special sauce mix to marinate our chicken and then with certain frying techniques , voila! feel the umami in your mouth for every bites!

2. Katsudon
- Katsu and egg rice bowl. Another oyakodon alike but switching the chicken bites to chicken katsu for crunchy chicken steak!

3. Toriyaki
- Chicken satay with our special sauce's marinate it while cooking . Umami will suck in to the satay means more umami burst!

4. Choco Banana
- Switch your ice cream to creamy frozen banana coated with chocolate dip

We're going to open food delivery for Medan only for a while.
We'll also trying to expand it to other cities too.
These are the menu that we've been thinking to sell :
1. Umami Special Chicken Rice
2. Umami Special Broth Soup
3. Oyakodon
4. Gyuudon
5. Katsudon (for Muslim's sake, we will use chicken instead , original Katsudon uses pork)
6. Nanban Chicken Rice
7. Omu Rice
8. Umami Bento
9. Karaage
10. Katsu

We haven't snap ''catalogue type'' pictures , so we'll use normally taken pictures (not in a really good plating) for a while for introduction (of course we'll add garnish and side dishes when we sell them, unlike normally taken pictures that we didn't put garnish and side dishes on it)

Delivery will cost IDR10 for Medan area.
Minimal order 3 packs (anything from the menu)

Our target is to open in 1-2weeks .
