One year. One w**ery. Our very first harvest.
It’s hard to believe that our first full year at our shared w**ery has already come to an end – and looking back, we can hardly believe how much has happened in such a short time.
From our very first harvest, the first fermenting barrels in the cellar, to bottling and creating our very first labels – every single step has been incredibly special to us.
We are truly grateful for this past year and for all the experiences, encounters and beautiful moments it has brought us. At the same time, it feels almost surreal that today we have already started our first harvest of the 2026 vintage.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been getting the cellar ready and making sure everything is prepared for the new vintage. Now it’s time to roll up our sleeves, open the cellar doors and see what this new vintage has in store for us. 🍷
The apples from today’s harvest come from our very first orchard of our own – 160 old apple trees that we were incredibly lucky to acquire from a traditional fruit-growing farm this summer. A little piece of history that is now becoming part of our own story.
We’re looking forward to the weeks ahead, to all the special moments and, of course, to seeing what will eventually end up in the cellar – and later in the bottle.
And to all our fellow w**emakers: we wish you a successful, beautiful and exciting 2026 harvest! 🥂
Here’s to the new vintage! 🍷
