Lets make Coconut Pineapple Cake
🍍Ingredients:
155g caster sugar
105g butter, softened
75g yogurt
155g plain flour
35g desiccated coconut
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
120ml milk
½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

🍍Directions to follow:
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking pan.

2.Cream the butter, sugar, and yogurt in a mixing bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy.

3:Sift in the dry ingredients — flour, baking powder, baking soda, and desiccated coconut — alternating with the milk. Mix gently until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Do not overmix.

4.Fold in the pineapple chunks using a spatula until evenly distributed.

5.Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.

6.Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

7.Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
