Oooops we did it again! 0.0% alcohol • Sommelier Range is here!
We were among the first in Germany to include København Kombucha products in our portfolio and we’re proud of that! Creations built on a kombucha base and enriched with distinctive ingredients such as lavender, rose petals, and pollen, forming flavour profiles with character and personality.
Recently, the range has been extended and a new Sommelier Range has been launched. Our portfolio includes Summer Haze — an aromatic sparkling white with a wild, grassy character — and Nordic Clove, a balanced still red. All with 0.0% alcohol.
And now someone might ask: why do we keep expanding our alcohol-free range?

In Greece, the culture of wine and food is not only about what we have in our glass or on our plate. It is about connection, sharing, and interaction.
And this “being together” carries diversity. It carries inclusion. It is, in essence, a form of communication. Within this polyphony, different people, different needs, and different choices all have their place.
And for us, this is what matters: to be able, even quietly behind the curtain, to be part of this gathering and to keep the table open for everyone.
