Wie viele Flaschen passen eigentlich in so eine Gitterbox? 🤔
Im letzten Video konntet ihr raten – hier kommt die Auflösung:
👉 504 Flaschen.
Und was passiert danach?
Die Flaschen kommen in eine Rüttelbox (Gyropalette), die die Flaschen innerhalb einer Woche im Fünf-Stunden-Takt ein Stück weiterdreht.
So richten sie sich langsam auf – und die Hefe sammelt sich im Flaschenhals.
Das ist die Grundlage für den nächsten Schritt auf dem Weg zum fertigen Sekt. 🍾

And what happens next?
The mesh crate goes into a Gyropalette that turns the bottles a little further every five hours over the course of a week.
This slowly moves the bottles into an upright position while the yeast collects in the neck of the bottle.
This is the foundation for the next step on the way to the finished sparkling wine. 🍾
