Our last trip took us to San Sebastián, and our plates haven’t been the same since. 🇪🇸

Sun-ripened tomato salad, mackerel on a silky ajo blanco, and monkfish with mushrooms. Simple ingredients, treated with respect and a lot of heart. That’s the kind of cooking that stays with you, and it’s the spirit we bring back to Frankfurt.
