The frosting that works beautifully for cakes, cupcakes, and layered desserts.

This whipped cream cheese frosting is smooth, pipeable, stable, and perfectly balanced for red velvet cakes, strawberry cakes, carrot cakes, and citrus desserts 🍓🧁🍰

✨ INGREDIENTS
• 500g heavy cream / whipping cream (Schlagsahne)
• 500g cream cheese (Frischkäse)
• 80g powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 16g cream stabilizer (optional)

✨ METHOD
1️⃣ Add heavy cream, icing sugar, and cream stabilizer to a bowl.
2️⃣ Whip until soft peaks form.
3️⃣ Lower the mixer speed and gradually add smooth cream cheese.
4️⃣ Add vanilla essence at the end.
5️⃣ Mix just until fluffy and smooth, do not overbeat.
