Wir brauen unterschiedliche Bier-Variationen, um das Beste aus Hopfen, Malz und Hefe herauszuholen. Braukollektiv are four brewers from three different continents who miraculously all ended up in Freiburg. Gipsy brewing at the Rogg's brewery in the Black Forest they spread the word and taste of exceptional beers within their mission for more variety.
