His pedigree begins with the remarkable dark fawn female H2R Angel’s Mercy, who sold for around USD 45,000 and was one of the most expensive alpaca females ever sold in the United States at that time. She embodied everything desired in an elite breeding female: impressive frame and substance, perfect proportions, and an exceptionally dense, fine, and uniform fleece with outstanding crimp, brightness, and an exceptionally soft handle. She was a multiple Champion and judges choice winner in the USA.
Proven OLD Tresor Maternal Line
On her dam’s side, Treasure X descends from our proven OLD Tresor line, one of our most successful fawn female families. Animals from this line consistently rank among the top performers in competition and have earned Champion titles in White, Beige, and Light Fawn. Particularly noteworthy are the rare Best of Show Fleece awards. This line has also produced numerous offspring with exceptionally fine fleece statistics, some measuring below 15 microns.
Bred to XX MADRICK Peruvian Love Maverick
Treasure X has been bred to our in-house herd sire XX MADRICK Peruvian Love Maverick, a son of our US-imported sire Snow Diamond Lovett.
Maverick is a fully Peruvian fawn herd sire from extremely rare bloodlines. He successfully launched his show career in 2025, earning titles including Reserve Champion Fawn and ranking as the second-highest-scoring fawn male at the AAeV Herdbook Evaluation. Like his sire, he offers the complete package of phenotype, conformation, and fleece quality. He displays a strong true-to-type phenotype, excellent density, remarkable uniformity of fineness and structure, and a powerful, compact frame.
The Lovett line is an exclusive in-house breeding line. Outside breedings are not available. Only direct offspring and a few pregnant females of Lovett Sons will be offered.
The Exceptional Genetics of Snow Diamond Lovett
Genetically, Snow Diamond Lovett is a true rarity. He is a direct son of Snowmass Defiance, widely regarded as one of the most influential light-colored sires of recent decades in the United States before his export to EP Cambridge in Australia.
His dam, Snowmass Love Divine XX, was considered one of the most outstanding juveniles of her generation within the famous Snowmass herd. With her eighth fleece, she earned the prestigious Spirit of the Industry award at the AOA National Fleece Show—an extraordinary achievement for a female. She also produced numerous Champions and Grand Champions.
We firmly believe that Lovett is one of the best sons of Snowmass Defiance ever produced. Unlike many Snowmass males, he demonstrates exceptional fleece growth that he continues to maintain even at an advanced age. He combines extreme density, fineness, uniformity, and an exceptionally fine high-frequency crimp style. With his seventh fleece, he too received the prestigious Spirit of the Industry award at the WAC.
Particularly valuable is the maternal side of his pedigree. His dam, Snowmass Love Divine XX, maintained a remarkable 19-micron fleece with an SD of 2.9 in her fifth fleece—an extraordinary level of uniformity rarely seen at that age. Combined with exceptional density, brightness, and fleece character, she represents truly elite genetics.
