The broken, industrialized food system of Europe leads to food waste, deserts, obesity, malnourishment and environmental damage which costs EUR €1,8 trillion a year in death, damage, infrastructure, insurance, lost productivity and medical bills. Every year the annual cost goes up by €99 billion. Worldwide the numbers are much more devastating. At the same time, global food reform and the sustainable food movement is growing among the upper classes who are seeking healthy alternatives. However, this movement is not widespread and accessible to the masses with replicable models for the rest of the world. Until the ALOHAS ECO-Center, there has been no Water, Energy, Food Nexus food producer in the world that produces sustainably, without the use of finite resources, damaging packaging, and waste. The Eco-Center Addresses all 17 of the UN SDG Goals and 11 of them Intensively Marc Buckley Founder of the ALOHAS ECO-Center, a growing family of businesses that pursues a World where everyone, everywhere has access to real food and non-finite resources. His ECO-Center grows food and sources food directly in Controlled Environmental Agriculture onsite as well as from local farmers, stimulating the local farm economy to the tune of millions of dollars a year. His non-profit desires to build Open and Transparent ECO-Center Infrastructure Nexuses in urban cities around the world providing Billions of people with the basics of Human needs every day. His ALOHAS ECO-Center seeks to empower billions of people to live an adaptive lifestyle of health and sustainability and to become resilient food and non-finite resource farmers. The ALOHAS ECO-Center is a Resilient and Sustainable Infrastructure that provides Renewable Energy, Battery Back-up, Non-finite resources such as Ambient Water Harvesting and Rain Water Recycling and creates no Carbon Emissions in the process of any food or beverage production. It is a Open Source and Transparent Resilient Infrastructure which secures a Desirable Future for whatever community is prepared to take the renewable transition no matter what Climate Crisis may come our way.
