Some spaces you enter and immediately want to leave. Too corporate. Too much of that airport lounge trying to look cool energy.

We are not that.

The moment you walk in, something settles. The light is right. The temperature is right. There are real plants. There is coffee that someone made because they wanted it to be good. People are working, but they are not performing working. It is calm without being cold.

There is a word for this and yes, we use it deliberately. Hygge. That Danish quality of warmth and belonging that you usually only find in your favourite café or a good friend's kitchen.

We built a workspace around that feeling. Because we believe that the quality of your environment shapes the quality of your thinking. And the best thinking happens when you feel at ease.

Two locations in Heidelberg — Landfried and Campbell. Both have height-adjustable desks, fast fibre internet, and free coffee. Both have a community of people who are genuinely nice to be around.

Not all rooms are created equal.
We get asked a lot: "What makes Tink Tank's workshop room different?"

Honestly? It is the details. And the details matter more than you think when you are asking a group of people to think, collaborate, and make decisions together.

We have seen this room hold strategy days, onboarding workshops, creative sprints, leadership offsites, and everything in between. Each time, the setup changes. The energy adjusts. The space works with the session, not against it.
