Cute name. Not-so-shy personality.
Meet SHY — our brand new Scheurebe from the 2025 vintage. Cloudy in the glass, loud in all the right places. Think: Grapefruit. Passionfruit. Cassis. A little herbal twist. And a juicy freshness that hits like the first warm night of summer. Spontaneously fermented. Unfiltered. Naturally hazy.
This is not one of those overperfumed Scheurebes trying too hard to impress you.
SHY keeps it cool. Dry, vibrant, alive — with enough grip and acidity to keep every sip interesting.

The last cuts are made. The scissors are down. The vineyard can breathe again.
Pruning season is officially over – and even if it doesn’t look like much has changed, this was one of the most important steps of the year.
Every cut matters. It decides how the vine will grow, how balanced it will be, how much energy goes into the grapes instead of wild shoots. Pruning is not about speed or routine – it’s about experience, intuition, and sometimes gut feeling. One wrong cut can echo through the entire season. One good cut can shape a great vintage.
Now the vines rest. They gather strength underground, preparing for the moment when spring flips the switch. What you don’t see yet is already happening: energy storage, root activity, quiet preparation. This is where quality begins – long before flowering, long before harvest, long before wine exists in a glass.
For us, pruning is about respect. Less control, more understanding. Giving the plant exactly what it needs – and nothing more. Because great wine doesn’t start in the cellar. It starts right here, in the vineyard, in winter, with cold hands and clear decisions.

We won’t tell you the name yet. We won’t tell you the grape. We definitely won’t tell you what it tastes like.
All we’ll say is this: a new wine is joining the lineup in 2026. And it’s been taking its sweet time. On purpose. Right now, it’s resting. Fermenting. Finding its character. Doing that quiet work nobody sees – but everybody tastes later. We’re big fans of patience. Of letting things evolve instead of forcing them.
Of not rushing what deserves time. So yeah, you’ll have to wait a little longer. But when the moment comes, we’ll tell you everything: the name, the story, and what it can do in your glass.
