Fermented honey update.

Well its come time to give you guys another hot honey update. We have one Honey I'm Hot, a Volcanic honey and a batch of B2B Volcanic Honey still going at the moment.

As you will see in this update, the Volcanic honey is doing really well, and the Honey I'm Hot. I think it needs some more chillies, and the B2B Volcanic honey is going pretty well too, but it's a few months later.

When we opened the volcanic honey, the smell is absolutely incredible.

Honey I'm Hot, and the Volcanic honey is a collaboration with Imkerei Bien - Honey, directly from the Berlin organic beekeeper .

The B2B Volcanic Honey uses honey from another Berlin beekeeper.

Just a quick update

I did fall over yesterday on black Ice and I broke my right forearm.

I've had one procedure just to get all the bones in the right place.

tomorrow I will be told when I go in for the next surgery where I will have an operation.

Sadly this means that deliveries and other things like that will be not happening because I can't drive my van with my right arm being broken.

Hey ho and be careful out on the ice we don't want any more breakages.

I brought a few different sauces months ago and fell in love with each of them.

Kaiser's Kick is legitimately the best thing ever. I use a lot of it when I cook but unlike other hot sauces I've tried it never distracts or overshadowes from the flavour of the actual food, but instead compliments it perfectly. Of course these things heavily depend on what you're cooking as well but I find Kaiser's Kick very well balanced and it always adds such a pleasant note.

Dante's Fury (which is the garlic chilli oil) is also one of my favourites. It's less spicy than Kaiser's Kick but I find it works especially well with self made aioli (just add a little after mixing up the oil and eggs), with labneh or just simple plain spaghettis.

I haven't found a lot of uses for Fridas Fire yet but I was pleasantly surprised by the sweetness of it. The pomegranate seeds and raspberries suit the taste of the ghost peppers, which I didn't expect at first. Might sound weird but I've once added it to Tomate soup and loved the taste of it.

I genuinely recommend you try one of these, there are a lot of different flavours to choose from.
