Hi, everyone, it's Duong here.
2025 marks a new chapter for XOII with a journey of exploration in Munich, new beginnings, and meaningful connections. Thank you for all the kindness, encouragement, and support along the way.
I’d also love to share a piece of personal joy: I am welcoming a baby into my life. This beautiful change temporarily affects our tofu production and cause some delays. Still, I will do my best to embrace this new role - as a mother and as someone walking alongside XOII, continuing to create food made with care and heart.
As the year comes to a close, I wish everyone a Christmas filled with kindness, warmth, and hope, and moments worth remembering.

We feel truly blessed to join the Christmas Fair by Stiftung Pfennigparade - one of Munich’s leading social organizations supporting people with disabilities.

On November 28th, XOII is delighted to team up with our amazing food startup friend . At this event, XOII will not only share our heart and creativity through food, but also hopes to contribute to the foundation’s beautiful mission of connection and community.

XOII – Look How Far We’ve Come (7)

Hi everyone, it’s Duong again, sharing more stories about XOII. Yesterday, XOII officially turned three years old (legal age—hooray! 🎉).

While packing for our move, I stumbled on a note I wrote two years ago. Let me share it here again—both as a reminder for myself and for all of you:

“Why I started XOII?

To learn how the food industry works in Germany/EU.

To share my food and make people happy.

To guide others through authentic Asian vegan cooking.

To earn my own money → travel → eat → learn to cook → give back through my company.
..”

This note left me silent for days, reflecting on everything that’s unfolded since then. Luckily, the move forced me to pause—otherwise, I might not have taken the time to truly process it all.

I’m endlessly grateful for every person I’ve met on this journey. If you asked how many of those bullet points I’ve achieved, I’d proudly say: most of them. But the biggest gift XOII gave me—one I never expected—was myself. Today, I’m confident in who I am and intentional about who I keep close. To me, that’s the most precious part of this adventure.

I’m writing this to thank all of you—team members, customers, and supporters—who’ve stood by XOII. If you’re reading this, know you’re a special part of my story. And if you know anyone who’s supported XOII (especially those not on social media), please pass along my deepest gratitude.

Last but not least: I can’t wait to see what’s next—and to share it with you.

We’re thrilled to share that XOII Foods is embarking on an exciting new chapter—we’re moving to Munich! As you’ve known since late February, this transition has been in the works, and now we’re putting the final touches on our relocation.

But don’t worry—the heart (and taste!) of XOII Foods remains the same! We’ll continue crafting your favorite products with the same passion and quality, just from our new home in Munich. Stay tuned for more updates as we settle in!
