The focus of Holistic Alaye is to promote a soulful and clean meal experience while highlighting the medicinal purposes in each ingredient.

Holistic Alaye wants to set itself apart from other businesses that may offer a similar type of service. We work to re-imagine soul food in a way that captures the familiar soul food flavor in each meal while also using fresh ingredients to promote "clean eating". A person's diet often affects their overall wellbeing either in a positive way or adversely. While in conversation with several potenti

al customers, we've learned that they desire the services we are proposing, but are often turned off by the cost and the taste of "healthy food".

A Full Circle Moment. 🗝️🧚🏾‍♀️🪷

Nine years ago, I entered a space seeking wisdom, healing, guidance, community, and a deeper overstanding of myself.

I could not have known then where that journey would lead me.

Returning now—not as the woman who first walked through those gates, but as a woman who has lived, learned, listened, created, remembered…and built a body of work of my own.

And there is something sacred about returning to where you began carrying the medicine you gathered along the way.

This October, we return full circle to open 12 Doors —a four-month journey of remembrance, realignment, reconciliation, and rising.

Not to teach women how to become someone else, but to create space for women to remember who they already are.

We begin New Moon in October.

Beginning motherhood in my forties has been a collision course back to myself and in ways I could not imagine😩🙌🏾 It is the hood I didn't know I needed.🥹😘🤗😍🐝🍯✨️ He came early to jolt me into purpose and proper position.

The gift of life!⚓️

One of the best things I did for us is plant our placenta!🪷 Around mother's day 4 years I planted lillies on the porch, shortly thereafter - I gave birth. I planted a red lily over our placenta and each year it returns multiplied! 🌿

Happiest Mother's Day to the mothers, ma's, momma, mommy's, mama's, mami's, umi's, yeye's & all benevolent, nurturing & loving energies.
