For more than 15 years, Florian Koch has been leading Carbotek Systems GmbH, a company based in Nördlingen, Germany. Carbotek specializes in advanced beverage dispensing systems – with a unique focus on gas infusion technologies such as nitrogen and CO₂ .
His most exciting developments: Nitro.cool – a solution that infuses Cold Brew Coffee with nitrogen, creating a creamy foam and unique taste experience, reminiscent of the iconic Guinness effect. And the latest innovation, Carbo.cool, takes beverage carbonation to the next level by enabling efficient large-scale carbonation for a wide variety of drinks through pinpoint inline carbonation.

Meet him in Munich at the Drinktec this week at Carbotek’s booth C4/500
