Pelmeni and family Sundays...

It's a thing u find in many Eastern European families.

The Polish make pierogi,the Georgians chinkali ,the Russians pelmeni;
but it's always basically the same thing.
Dad isn't working, so he directs us all, mum does the tough stuff like meat or filling prep. The kids get messy helpful doing more simple tasks like rolling dough, cutting it, and pressing the fillings into their dough houses.

The result is the same, family laughter followed by a massive feast.

The laughter you can taste in the end product.

That's why we make sure our pelmeni are produced with laughter and fun, it's the secret ingredient.
