Masoor dal pakoda curry made in the instant pot combo! Just delicious wnd nutritious. Added whey from paneer making this extra tasty and healthy. The pakodas were crunchy.

Aubergine and potatoes in poppy seeds and mustard Gravy. Added fresh leaves from my potted plants and relished with rice. My two Instant Pot gadgets save time and make food healthy. 🍀

Baking day is so fun! Time flies by when I do. I don’t just put one thing in the oven. Made oats rolls with fresh peaches, samosa puffs with chutney and feta and also a huge dish of baked veggies. In the baked veggies went sweet potato’s, broccoli, edamame, bell pepper, garlic, carrots and tons of spices with feta for richness. Satisfied soul is what I have around me now!
