Welcome to the team, Noah! 🌱
We are very happy to welcome Noah to our w**ery. He is currently in the third year of his w**emaking apprenticeship and has recently joined our team.
We made good use of the recent rain: here you can see Noah sowing our winter cover crop in the vineyards.
For us, cover crops are much more than simply something green growing between the vines. A diverse mix of plants helps to protect and nourish the soil while providing habitat and food for plants, animals and insects.
Preserving and increasing biodiversity is an essential foundation for healthy and resilient vineyards. The greater the diversity of life above and below the soil, the more balanced and stable the vineyard ecosystem can become.
Now it’s up to the rain to do its part. 🌧️🌱

Willkommen im Team, Noah! 🌱
Wir freuen uns sehr, Noah bei uns im Weingut begrüßen zu dürfen. Er ist im 3. Lehrjahr seiner Winzerausbildung und seit Kurzem Teil unseres Teams.
Den Regen der vergangenen Tage haben wir direkt genutzt: Hier ist Noah bei der Aussaat unserer Winterbegrünung im Weinberg.
Für uns ist Begrünung weit mehr als nur Grün zwischen den Reben. Eine vielfältige Mischung unterschiedlicher Pflanzen schützt und belebt den Boden und schafft gleichzeitig Lebensraum und Nahrung für Pflanzen, Tiere und Insekten.
Der Erhalt und Aufbau biologischer Vielfalt ist für uns eine wichtige Grundlage für gesunde und widerstandsfähige Weinberge. Je vielfältiger das Leben über und unter der Erde, desto stabiler das Ökosystem Weinberg.
Jetzt darf der Regen seinen Teil dazu beitragen. 🌧️🌱
