Raimes English Sparkling has once again been recognised as one of the Top W**eries of Great Britain 2026, ranking No. 14.

This marks their sixth consecutive year in Anthony Rose’s Top W**eries of Great Britain—a recognition they are incredibly proud of. Following this year’s tasting of the current releases, Raimes has climbed to No. 14, with Raimes Classic 2021 also receiving Gold recognition.

Anthony also highlights Hampshire as “the most dynamic county” in this year’s rankings, recognising its chalk soils, sheltered valleys and warming microclimates as producing w**es that increasingly rival the very best in England.

Hattingley Valley Sparkling Rosé............ is a w**e that almost never existed. Originally, it wasn’t intended to become part of the Hattingley Valley portfolio at all. But after seeing the exceptional quality of the Pinot grapes coming from their vineyards, then-Head W**emaker Emma Rice was convinced it deserved a place in the line-up—and thankfully, she persuaded the owner Simon too.⁠

Today, it has become one of Hattingley`s most loved w**es and the perfect companion for a moment of well-earned me time.

'Harvest' auf dem Rathfinny Estate.

Wenn das Morgenlicht das Cradle Valley erfüllt, machen sich mehr als 120 Leute auf zu den Weinreben von Rathfinny, um sorgfältig die besten Trauben auszuwählen und den Hügel zur Weinkellerei hinaufzutragen.

Im Altenglischen bedeutete das Wort 'haefest' sowohl Ernte als auch die Zeit nach dem Sommer, und es hat denselben Wortstamm wie das deutsche Wort 'Herbst'. Es kennzeichnete eine Vorbereitungszeit, in der Gemeinschaften Lebensmittel sammelten, bevor der Winter kam.

Rathfinny's w**es were serves at the magnificent , in the beautiful Sussex countryside recently.

The evening was a spectacular coming-together of two Michelin-starred culinary talents: , Chef Director at HIDE, and Martin Carabott, Roux Scholar winner and Executive Chef of Gravetye Manor, who joined forces for a one-off tasting menu celebrating the very best of contemporary gastronomy.

Guests began with a Rathfinny drinks reception featuring our Classic Cuvée 2020, before enjoying a six-course menu and w**e pairings in Gravetye Manor's elegant dining room.
