NEON TOKYO is quickly becoming one of the favourite from our new mignon selection and honestly we get it :)

Made with a black-sesame financier base, followed by a coconut and lemongrass cream. A vivid yuzu–lemon custard at its center and finished with a smooth purple glaze. Nutty, tropical and bright it’s a small bite pact with flavour.

ARABIAN NIGHT is dedicated to those who love deep and strong flavour. Our pastry is inspired by Qahwa a fragrant, floral and spicy coffee that’s rooted in Arab culture and history.

It’s made with a caramel fondant, coffee cardamom, and pure chocolate. Layered with two cacao biscuits and covered with gianduja mousse. The distinctive depth of flavour will definitely satisfy any coffee lover’s craving☕️

Available for pick-up Tuesday through Sunday.
