Im Saxenhammer in Hechenwang erwartet euch echte Wirtshausküche mit besonderem Genussfaktor 😋. Unser Tipp: das Cordon Bleu. Es ist für viele eines der besten weit und breit. Und zur Hollerzeit solltet ihr euch die Hollerkiacherl nicht entgehen lassen.

Während wir bei Neil Ellis über den Hof laufen, sehen wir die Container voller Traubentrester – all die schönen Trauben, die nach der Produktion bleiben.

Sie landen nicht im Abfall, sondern in der Kompostierung. ♻️
Feucht, voller Nährstoffe und noch lange nicht „totgepresst“.
So schließt sich der Kreis: vom Weinberg zurück in die Erde. 🌍❤️

Wir haben rund um den Ammersee einige schöne Wirtshäuser entdeckt und teilen gerne unsere Empfehlungen mit euch:
