Zoller Hof

Zoller Hof Beer brewing is our passion, that we are glad to share with you. Both places are in the South of Germany. Our beer is a pure organic product.

We are founded in 1845 in Sigmaringen and produce now since 167 years our products according the Purity Law of 1516. Following the main important extra facts of our brewery:
- we have 45 farmers around our brewery that are producing the grain for us
- we are using only hop from Tettnang or the Hallertau. We don’t use hop extract, this is an absolute taboo for us
- we use the wate

r from our own spring
- our beers have only four ingredients: malt, hop, yeast and water. We don’t use chemical stabilizers,

no sugar, no sea gras, no pasteurization, …. .
