It's strawberry season in Germany, and that means homemade strawberry jam! I made a batch of pastries for tonight's youth group. They get to do art with Mrs. Rachel and snack on Mrs. Leslie treats. Not a bad Wednesday at all, I'd say. 🍓

I foraged a basket full of lilacs today so I can make lilac lemonade and lilac sugar! Having a group of neighborhood kiddos excited to go with me made it even more fun!

One of the most incredible parts of military life is being included in the important moments of friends' lives. I had the privilege of making the gender reveal cake for a friend. Many tears were shed. Hearts were warmed.

I'm back! We took a trip to Northern Italy for Spring Break (a few photos included). It was nice to get away for rest and some quality family time. I hope y'all had an amazing Easter weekend.

Today, I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies for a few neighborhood birthdays and a large batch of strawberry top syrup. I can't wait to drizzle it over pancakes this weekend!

I had the honor of catering another promotion ceremony today, and I didn't manage to take a single photo of the setup! Oh well! I got to enjoy being in the moment.
