WOW… back in the German headquarters I found a bottle of our Schubert Wines 2008 and was not sure what to expect….. almost 20 years old 😬 … it was astoundingly fresh and crisp… look at the colour (with cork closure)… first plan was to use for cooking the beautiful mussels from the Island of Föhr in Northern Germany… but it was too tasty, so we rather drank it.. and had to find something else for cooking 😉 It’s always wonderful to find some great surprises in the cellar… Cheers!
