This month marks a year from when I had surgery for testicular cancer. This event means a lot to me as I am helping organization this event.

Come celebrate life, or honor a friend or loved one who was impacted by cancer.

I will be cooking all day with proceeds going to Relay For Life.

Game Day Sides: Black Bean Corn Salsa & Pico de Gallo

Ingredients below.

Black Bean Corn Salsa:
1 can sweet yellow corn
1 can sweet white corn
1 can black beans
2 red onions minced
2 red peppers minced
I package of Cilantro
salt, Fresh crapped pepper to taste
Dusted with Chili powder

Pico de Gallo:
9 jalapeños
2 red onions
8 Roma tomato’s
cilantro
salt, Fresh cracked pepper to taste
Turbinado Sugar
1 lemon & 1 lime freshly squeezed
