THE NEW PMV! Our wild red Mosel field blend is back and more positive than ever! And just in time for the awesome weather! Available now (link in bio).

Seriously, Robert and I have been more than excited to release this wine. We bottled it late last year and road tested it through Mosel harvest, and finally hid it in the cellar for winter maturation.

Our PMVs are always evolving. Every year something different but without losing our distinctive voice. This being the 4th vintage of the PMV, it is definitely showing off all the hard work and learning of the past 7 years here along the Mosel. A big inspirational was our TFA Pinot Noir reserve. We totally rethought our red wine making for the PMV after that. Our PMVs are growing up, hence the new labels.

As per usual, unfiltered, unfined, unsulfured, with no additions whatsoever.

MOSEL GRANDEUR! We hope everyone is having a great start to their week. Despite everything going on in the world, our ancient terraces stand the test of time. With some of our vineyards more than 100 years old, these vines have seen a lot of history. We are so flockin dedicated to preserving our hallowed Mosel vineyards, working them ethically and sustainably! The pride of Germany and the envy of the wine world.

WE DID IT AGAIN!

It’s that time of year folks! When we drop a surprise holiday limited edition. Last year it was the Buddy Love Whale, this year it is something so much more prestigious and delicious. The TFA Pinot Noir! Only 300 available. You need this hiding in your cellar; you need this in your glass during the holidays; you’re too flocking awesome and you deserve this TOTALLY FLOCKIN AWESOME wine for Christmas.

Our Mother Flockin’ Totally Flockin’ Awesome Pinot Noir Reserve 2022. Robert and I set out to create something so special and so unique to our insane Terrassen Mosel wine region that it literally melted our minds into Pinot Butter (also available). This stuff is better than burgundy, and even rarer 🫡! Don’t believe us? Try it and then vent your Pinot drenched outrage in the comments!

30+ days skin contact fermentation, 18 months elevage in really really expensive French Barriques, and only about 300 flocking rare bottles available. The vineyard is right outside the border of the famous Winningen Grand Cru Rottgen. It is steep and totally old as flock clocking in at more than 70 years young. Spayed organically (uncertified) and grown in complete harmony with nature, flora, and most certainly our local feathered berry loving fauna.

And it’s got blue wax, you know what that means. It means it’s the FLOCKIN best, the top shelf, (remember Wolfgang?).

MADNESS BEAUTIES, MADNESS. Keep your eyes on the Mad Dog folks, because things are going to get real wild real soon for Madame Flöck. Robert and I ain’t gonna say much right just yet, but best to have a wee stash of this luxurious new ‘22 hidden in your cellar. Why? Because it is absolutely spectacular and [—top secret—] …If we had lots, Robert and I would hoard it all to ourselves like a dragon and it’s gold. But we ain’t got lots, because Terrassen Mosel fruit is as precious as that them there gold beneath them fiery dragon scales.

AT THIS TIME OF DAY! There really isn’t anything more magical than walking through our Mosel terroir mid morning as the mists begin to break out of the valley. Painters have painted it. Photographers have photographed it. And poets have poeticized it.

When we started back in 2018 with a mere 3 small overgrown & wild vineyards, and a couple dollars in our pockets, we never imagined the quite literal heights our little expat project would take us.
