🌍✨ Ein kulinarischer Abend voller Geschmack, Freude & guter Stimmung! ✨🌍

Am 30. September 2026 durften wir bei der VHS Solingen gemeinsam in die bunte Welt des westafrikanischen Street Foods eintauchen. 👩🏾‍🍳❤️

Es wurde geschnippelt, geknetet, frittiert, gewürzt, gelacht – und natürlich ganz viel probiert! 😍

Gemeinsam haben wir verschiedene beliebte Street-Food-Klassiker zubereitet, unter anderem:

🇳🇬 Akara (Kosai) – knusprige Bohnenküchlein
🇬🇭 Kelewele – würziges, gebratenes Kochbananen-Snack
🇸🇳 Fataya – herzhafte Teigtaschen aus Senegal
✨ Puff-Puff – fluffige afrikanische Teigbällchen
🐟 Fish Roll – knusprig gefüllte Teigrollen
🍹 Zobo – erfrischendes westafrikanisches Hibiskusgetränk

Aber bei diesem Kurs ging es nicht nur ums Kochen. ❤️
Es ging um Kultur, Gemeinschaft, Neugier und die Freude daran, etwas Neues auszuprobieren.

Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an alle Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer für eure Offenheit, eure gute Laune und dafür, dass ihr diesen Abend so besonders gemacht habt. 🥰🙏🏾

Es hat uns unglaublich viel Freude gemacht, gemeinsam zu kochen, zu lernen und anschließend unsere selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten zu genießen. 😋

Am 25.09.2026 durfte ich meinen Kochkurs „Fufu mit Freunden“ bei der VHS geben. 👩🏾‍🍳❤️

Von der Vorbereitung und den frischen Zutaten 🛒 bis zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Genießen – es war ein wunderschöner Abend voller leckerem Essen, guter Gespräche und ganz viel Freude. 🍲🥰

Danke an alle Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer, die diesen Abend so besonders gemacht haben! ❤️

Am 16. September durften wir wieder einen wunderschönen Kochabend bei der VHS Solingen erleben. ❤️

Gemeinsam wurde geschnippelt, gekocht, gelacht und natürlich auch gemeinsam gegessen! 🥰🍴

Es war eine tolle Atmosphäre und es hat uns sehr viel Freude gemacht, unsere Leidenschaft für westafrikanische Küche mit den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern zu teilen. 🌍❤️

Vielen Dank an alle, die dabei waren und diesen Abend so besonders gemacht haben! 🙏🏾

Starting a new business is exciting… but honestly, nobody really talks about how difficult it can be to create content while you’re actually trying to BUILD the business. 😅

For me, this is something I’m still figuring out. Between setting up the business, preparing food, buying supplies, dealing with customers, cleaning, planning, and trying to get everything running smoothly… finding the time (and sometimes the energy 😂) to create content can be HARD!

And yet, we’re constantly told: “You need to post consistently. You need to create content. You need to show up online.” 😩

But what happens when you’re a small business owner doing almost everything yourself?

So, I’m curious… 👀

If you own a business, especially if your business is still new, how do YOU manage creating content while running the actual business?

Do you plan your content in advance?
Do you film everything in one day?
Do you just record as you go?
Or are you also figuring it out as you go along like me? 😂
