OPEN WINE TASTING AT BUDŌ🍷

Every Friday and Saturday we open up some bottles for an open tasting where it is free to join.

This week we taste:

🍇10 + 10 = 22 from Domaine Jean-Philippe Padié in Roussillon. Grenache in foudre, Macabeu and Vermentino destemmed and macerated for a week in stainless steel tanks for a little twist. Totally addictive!

🍾Bubulles Pét Nat from Sandrine Henriot in Beaujolais. Fruity and fresh Gamay. It has strawberry notes, balanced by fine bubbles and a touch of bitterness.
