من وادي جردان وحضرموت إلى الدنمارك، كان شرف لنا أن نمثل العسل اليمني في مؤتمر الأبيمونديا 2025.

وجود عسلنا في المؤتمر يعتبر لحظة مهمة تعكس سنوات من العمل الجاد والتعلم المستمر. في مُج نعمل مع نحالين يحافظون على أصالة العسل وطرق إنتاجه التقليدية كما كانت دائمًا ويجب أن تبقى.

نفتخر برؤية العسل اليمني على المسرح العالمي بين أفضل الأنواع، ومشاهدة خبراء العسل، نحّالين، وحتى من يتذوقونه لأول مرة وهم يتعرفون على جودته الحقيقية ويضعون له معيارًا جديدًا.

أرضنا مليئة بأنواع العسل المختلفة، نتطلع إلى مشاركتها مع العالم، ليصبح الوصول إلى العسل اليمني النقي والأصيل أسهل، ويمكنكم الإستمتاع به ومشاركته مع أحبائكم.

Seeing our honey at the global honey bar is a milestone that reflects years of effort, learning, and dedication. We work with beekeepers committed to producing honey pure and authentic to the traditional ways the way it’s always been and should be going forward.

It was incredible to see Yemeni honey on the international stage, alongside the best, and watch experts, enthusiasts, and even first-time tasters experience its true quality and setting a standard for authentic Sidr honey.

Our land is rich with honey varieties, and we aim to share them with the world, giving access to authentic, pure Yemeni honey to enjoy and share with your loved ones.

يكتسب العسل نكهته ولونه وقوامه من الزهور التي يتغذى عليها النحل، ولذلك يختلف كل نوع من العسل عن الآخر.

العسل أحادي الزهرة لا يعني بالضرورة أنه أكثر نقاءً من عسل المراعي، لكنه يُنتَج غالبًا من مصدر زهري واحد، وهذا ما يمنحه تميزًا خاصًا.

يُنتَج عسلنا على يد نحّالين محليين متمرسين يعرفون تضاريس الأرض جيدًا، ويتقنون اختيار التوقيت والمكان المناسبين خلال الموسم القصير جدًا، حين تكون الظروف البيئية في أفضل حالاتها، لإنتاج عسل سدر صافٍ وأصيل!
