This one’s a favourite—for those who’ve been to our pop-ups, you know what we end with.
The paan challenge. 🌿

Every time, we push ourselves to try something new—sometimes unexpectedly delicious, sometimes... let’s just say, memorable. 😉

Some of you bravely had two, some politely said no thank you, and a few of you felt a little too high on just a plain paan (yes, that happened).
For others, it wasn’t a challenge at all—just a sweet bite of tradition.

So here we are, inviting you back this August, to join us again for more fun, laughter, and a taste of this beautiful tradition.

Food isn’t just about taste—it’s music in motion.
Every step has a rhythm, and cleaning grains is no exception.

Across India and many parts of Asia, grains are traditionally cleaned using a soop—a flat winnowing tray.
With a gentle toss, the chaff flies with the wind, while the grains fall gracefully—an everyday ritual that feels like a dance.

One such grain, Juhi Bangal rice, known in Bengal and parts of North India, is cherished for its delicate aroma, soft texture, and short grain.
Cleaning it by hand is almost meditative—an act of care passed down through generations.

Today, machines may do the job, but they can’t match the beat of hands working in harmony with nature.
It’s not just cleaning—it’s memory, heritage, and a rhythm that connects us to home.
