2023 wines where the whites have spent 30months elevage and their Piont noir is finally ready. Topping it up with their sweet fortified masterpiece of a Macvin.
Christine and Gérard has now fully handed over the Domaine to Nathaniel Villet.. at the moment this Domaine shows quality on even higher level and focus on improving and has also stated working with longer elevage.🚀♻️🔥💪

One happy customer buying some of our last bottles of and

It's a pleasure to know that they will have a safe storage until shared with their friends at tastings and dinners.
They have been falling in love with the great wines from vineyards did his absolute best to take care of.

as many know, has made his best to also produce wines of very high quality!
He took over since 2018 and in his way of working the wines.

We have during the last 3 years experienced very high demand for these wines from Meursault and pulignymontrachet and now we only hold a hand full of some of the wines.

The Labet siblings wanted us to wait as long as possible to release the wines for the private customers as long as possible, and that time has come now.
During our tasting at Restaurant Ayeaye with the whole range and 18 happy fans of the domaine, we have come to the conclusion that they perform as expected 🔥🔥🔥

2025 release tasting at was impressive in all ways!!

What a treat to show the last release from
Surrounded by enthusiasts, great atmosphere and very high quality of the food served, made this tasting and lunch memorable.

All wines showed true caractéristiques and all perform on a very high level. Many favourites and lots of talk about individual favorites.

The match between the wines and food was some of the best we experienced.
2023 "le cret" stole the the first parring .
2018 2nd. Release from " was also a hardhitter even though 2019 was one of the wines of the tasting.
Big debate about which longelevage was the most suited? But the slight residual sugar of the 2018 was favorite of the most.
The 2015 2nd release of "cuvée hasard" was absolutely perfect for the cheese dish.

All in all perfect time at

💚 have been so generous to let us be the first to promote their wines made as a Vin de liqueur/ . 👈❤️

🤍 It's called and is a local slang when you don't get approved by the AOC or perhaps doesn't want to be a part of.

❤️This evening is going to be so amazing to be the first in northern Europe to promote the energetic wines from his first vintages which is 2024 that gave him a extremely small harvest.
We are happy to great him and let him support the tasting with 3 or 4 wines.

💙 started a project a few years ago that we have been talking to Guillaume about ddor for the last 2 years.. together with his girlfriend Thea they have made a wine wich they think is representing their love for the
🤍 spend lot of jer time at
❤️ and through her time here she have been fortunate to be able to get her hands on some Trousseau from Rotalier.

🦖 have for several years work several places to learn and educated him self in many directions. is a good friend and mentor that let him work with some og his domaines vineyards for his own project. Which Pkoussard!

⭐️Looking through the pictures, you can see that in a generous vintage like 2018, it was possible to make 500L of Amalgame and less than 228L ploussard (which was the first and VERY RARE)
