I’m becoming someone I used to look up to, and it didn’t happen overnight or in any dramatic way. It’s been quiet, steady, and often unnoticed from the outside. Not loudly, not with big announcements, but through small daily choices I kept showing up for. And somewhere in those small decisions, patience, and consistency, I can see it now—this version of me taking shape. And I’m proud of that version becoming real.

My birthday celebrations kicked off with the perfect weekend getaway in Petaluma—a slow, charming start that set the tone for everything that followed. Dinner at the upscale French bistro Brigitte Bistro was effortlessly elegant, the kind of place where every detail feels intentional. The next day took us to Napa for wine tasting at Chimney Rock Winery—sun, vineyards, and just the right amount of indulgence. We wandered through Yountville the following morning, ending with brunch at Clementine’s—and that burrata and zucchini flower flatbread? Still thinking about it.

On my actual birthday, it was slower and sweeter—coffee with my boys, followed by a cozy family dinner that felt grounding in the best way. And honestly, that could’ve been enough… but I’m not done celebrating yet. Birthday drinks with friends are still on the calendar, and this year, I stretched my birthday into weeks of celebrations—big moments, small joys, all of it meaningful. Couldn’t have asked for more.
