Mandagssmagning – 24. august kl. 19.00

Tema: Frankrig – Bourgogne, Beaujolais og Jura

Tre af Frankrigs mest fascinerende vinområder samlet på én aften.

Vi skal smage seks vine, der viser forskellene mellem Bourgognes elegante Pinot Noir og Chardonnay, Beaujolais’ seriøse Gamay og Juras særegne vine på Chardonnay og Savagnin. En smagning med fokus på terroir, tradition og nogle af Frankrigs mest karakterfulde
vine.

Vi skal smage vine fra Domaine Louis Chenu (Savigny-lès-Beaune, Bourgogne), Domaine de la Grosse Pierre (Chiroubles, Beaujolais) og Domaine des Ronces (Orbagna, Jura).
