DOMAINE ROHRER 🍇

Domaine André Rohrer is an eighth-generation family estate based in Mittelbergheim, Alsace, now led by Ludovic Rohrer, former professional alpine skier turned winemaker. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically across diverse limestone, marl, and sandstone terroirs, with a focus on pure, low-intervention wines aged in old Alsatian foudres.

Geneviève and Gilles Azam farm organically in the high-altitude hills of Limoux, on fossil-rich clay-limestone and sandstone soils around Roquetaillade. All wines ferment spontaneously with native yeasts and are raised with minimal intervention in concrete, old demi-muids, and foudres.

REMI & PATRICIA BONNETON 🍇

Patricia and Rémi Bonneton founded Domaine Alezan in the northern Rhône in 2013, farming organically across granite, clay, and loess soils. Alongside their négociant project La Tangente, they work with organically farmed fruit from regions including Beaujolais, Loire, Gard, and the Southern Rhône. Their wines follow a low-intervention philosophy: spontaneous fermentation, whole-cluster maceration, long élevage in old vessels, and little to no sulfur or filtration.

Neue Heimat farms 11 hectares in Südsteiermark, certified organic since 2017 and Demeter-certified since 2023. Their vineyards are rooted in biodiversity and living soils, while the cellar work follows a low-intervention philosophy: spontaneous fermentation, long lees aging, no fining, and minimal sulfur. The wines are unfiltered, vibrant, and shaped by the cool hillside terroirs of Southern Styria.

Felix and Micha run a small Demeter-certified winery in South Baden, founded in 2011. Certified organic in 2012 and Demeter in 2020, they work with a low-intervention philosophy rooted in patience and precision.
Spontaneous fermentations, no fining agents, and a strong reliance on time define their approach, with around two-thirds of the wines aged in used wooden barrels.

Uwe Schiefer is crafting wines in Eisenberg since 1990 with a clear “less is more” philosophy.
Working with spontaneous fermentations, minimal additions, and natural viticulture, his focus is always on terroir, iron-rich, schist-heavy soils on steep, exposed slopes that give precision, tension, and depth.
Blaufränkisch leads the way, alongside a handful of classic Austrian white varieties.

Vi har fået to nye flasker hjem fra Der Glücksjager. Et lille domaine som varetages af Andreas Pfaffmann og hans dalamtiner Anouk. Det lille domaine i Pfalz, som næsten grænser op til det fransk Alsace laver umiskendeligt flotte tyske vine - stilrene, raffinerede og med enorm drikke venlighed. Vores kunsterven af huset , har fået frie hænder til det ydre og det er endt meget flot ud synes vi selv :-)

Glücksbrause er Pinot Noir rosébobler på den helt lette og indbydede måde - det er bobler med legende lethed, masser af frisk frugt som er svært at stille fra sig igen.

Riesling Trocken i den moderne tyske stil; sprødt, aromatisk, og med en balanceret kompositionen af syre, fad, grønne stikkelsbær, hvide ribs, med masser af liv.

Efter en afsluttet karriere som professionel roer slog Remi sig ned i det nordlige Rhône og arbejdede lavpraktisk som vitikulturist sammen med sine heste Suspens og Palynka - et arbejde som i de stejle, oftest svært fremkommelige marker i Ardeché er først og fremmest fysisk. I 2017 opnåede han med sin partner Patricia et lille parcel på 1,6 hektar i det krævende climat omkring Saint-Joseph, og parret begyndte at lave deres egne vine.

Det er håndværksvin, hvor man fornemmer det respektfulde markarbejde domainet holder i hævd, og som igennem deres minimale intervention og arbejde med elevage opnår både livlighed og kompleksitet. Vinene fra deres egne marker, kendt som L'Alzean er i særdeleshed store terroirdrevne vine, som viser frem nogle af de mest velplejede marker i og omkring Saint-Joseph.
