Did you know that our Blue Chee’ish is made with fermented pineapple?

Very few would guess that you can recreate the taste and aroma of blue cheese using pineapple. But that’s exactly what happened in Frank’s kitchen. After plenty of taste tests, adjustments, and fine-tuning, we landed on Blue Chee’ish, a plant-based product with the characteristic, sophisticated flavor and depth you’d expect from real blue cheese 🍍🧀

Try it in dressings, dips, a creamy white sauce, or a classic pear and walnut salad.
