Flying Couch Brewery is opening a new and larger bar/taproom, and we’re looking for bartenders to join our passionate team. We focus on quality craft beer, excellent service, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
About the Role
As a bartender at Flying Couch, you’ll play an important part in creating a great experience for our guests. You’ll need to stay organized during busy shifts, provide friendly service, and have a genuine interest in beer and flavour experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Serving beer, wine, cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
* Welcoming guests and guiding them through our beer selection
* Preparing and maintaining the bar area
* Operating the cash register/POS system
* Assisting with events, tap takeovers, and special occasions
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Is friendly, outgoing, and service-minded
* Thrives in a social and fast-paced environment
* Is reliable and responsible
* Is available to work evenings and weekends
* Has experience from a bar, café, or restaurant (preferred but not required)
* Has an interest in beer and gastronomy
