Also in 2027, the CCWS will be a place for many Swiss winemakers to present their excellence to Scandinavia. 17 Swiss producers already confirmed, with the great support of

2026 provided lots of memorable Swiss highlights at the Cool Climate Wine Summit. A special one has been the attendance of José Vouillamoz who led an exciting Master Class about Switzerland's indigenous varieties. Stay tuned for what is coming up in 2027.

Danish Wine Master Class in Warsaw - Featuring - Full master class link in bio.

- Denmark's oldest commercial vineyard, planted in 1998, planted by Danish wine pioneer Sven Moesgaard
- Today around 10 hectares and 30 vines, driven by Ben Viehl and Katharina Hiller
- Scandinavia's so far only approved PDO - DONS, focusing on PIWI-based sparkling wines

Tasted was DONS Cuvée Brut 2020 based on Solaris, Orion, Zalas Perle and Madeleine Angevine.

Sparkling Wines! Also in 2027 the Cool Climate Wine Summit Copenhagen will celebrate the beauty of sparkling wines again. A little throwback to what we offered in 2026:

Master Class Cool Climate Sparkling Wines led by no one else than Anne Krebiehl MW

Sparkling Wine Lounge with around 60 selected top-quality sparkling wines by our exhibitors, run by educated sommeliers and wine professionals.

The Big Bottle Party on the evening before the fair. An exclusive get together and perfect opportunity to presenting some Magnum bottles (a lot of good sparklings were there!) to a selected B2B audience.

180 hectares. More than 50% organic. Michelin lists in three countries. Denmark has been building quietly and most of the wine world hasn't caught up yet.
