The name comes from our favorite topping — ramson (wild garlic). Back in Romania, where our founders grew up, fries with ramson and white cheese was the comfort food. 💚🍟
When we started Ramsløg at Reffen, we wanted to bring a piece of that tradition with us. Even today, when the season comes, we love going into the Copenhagen forests to pick fresh ramson ourselves. 🌿
That’s why the name and the flavor are at the heart of everything we do. So next time you taste our fries, know you’re also tasting a story that started far away and found its home in Copenhagen. ✨
