We've got two new fresh beers out this week!

Wai So Fuzzy? (8.2%)

Wai so Fuzzy? Is our newest entry in our series of Fuzzy IPAs that focus on NZ Hops. This time we shine a light on Wai-iti in a DDH Hazy Double IPA. We added a supporting cast of Nelson Sauvin (T90 & Cryo) & Motueka (T90), along with Freestyle Hops new Cold Pressed Wai-iti Hop Juice! This one has a unique flavor profile from the Wai-iti, a peach iced tea like nuance, with citric and floral flavors, and more bright tropical fruit and lime from the Nelson & Motueka.

Slice of Sunshine (7%)

Slice of Sunshine was our first iteration of what we call the Modern West Coast IPA, where we combine classic trademarks of the West Coast IPA - bitterness, clarity and crisp malt profile - with hopping techniques and the aromatic focus of modern IPA's.

Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin provide abundant zesty and sharp hop aromas of gooseberries, grape, pineapple and a lot of dankness!

This week we have fresh supplies of our Hazy Session IPA, Police Disco Lights, as well as our Vienna Lager, Classic.

Police Disco Lights is hopped with Idaho 7, Citra & Mosaic, which brings abundance of fresh, zesty and tropical flavors. We took careful steps building the recipe and process, such that you get a surprisingly full bodied beer considering the low ABV of 5%.

Classic has been part of our core range for a while, so most of you are probably familiar with the beer. It is our interpretation of a Vienna Lager. It is malty and toasty with a nice, balancing hop profile, a typical trademark of a Bad Seed lager.

Thanks so much to Põhjala Brewery for inviting us to the 10th Anniversary Edition of Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend. It is truly one of Europes best beer festivals, with so much attention to detail, great people and overall joyful spirits! Your really feel welcome, both as a brewery & as guests!

During last week, we released two brand new collabs with ! One of the being a new take on last years Bone Krusher!

The beers are:

Cryo Fresh Bone Krusher (5.2%)

Our Yakima Chief collab Bone Krusher is back, this time showcasing Yakimas new Cryo Fresh hops!
Cryo Fresh is a new product from Yakima, created to showcase the flavors of fresh hops year round. Like last time, we used Citra Dynaboost in the whirlpool, and other wise layered the hotside & dry hop with Krush T90 and the new Cryo Fresh Krush. The Cryo Fresh further enhances the bright flavors of pink grape soda, passion fruit, berry & stone fruit notes, with the vibrancy of fresh hops. We're super excited to release this new take on one of our favorite West Coast Pilsners of last year!

Dolce Vita (7%)

We're once again testing out some cool new hops from Yakima Chief, this time in a DDH Modern West Coast IPA! La Dolce Vita showcases Yakima's new hop Dolcita in both T90 & Cryo formats, that showcases flavors reminiscent of peach ring candies and pinapple. We have paired up Dolcita with a Yakima classic Simcoe, in Crop Selected T90 & Dynaboost formats, for more pinapple and grapefruit flavors, alongside HBC 522 carrying flavors of citrus, pine and floral notes. An IPA that bridges the gap between modern and classic West Coast flavors!

This past weekend we premieren a lot of new beers for , and they are all out in cans now! These first two are:

THRICE GREAT (8%)

Thrice Great is a very special collab with from Italy & . This Triple Dry Hopped American DIPA takes inspiration from the early American East Coast IPA producers that paved the way for modern Hazy IPAs. Still bitter and crisp like classic IPA's but with a juicy profile from the use of the unique WLP 4000 Vermont Ale yeast from White Labs!

We used Columbus (T90 & Cryo), Mosaic (T90 & Cryo), Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron hops, to make a hop profile the pays homage to those classic IPA's, but with a lot of modern flair! We get loads of stone fruit from the Vermont Ale yeast, paired with grapefruit, pine and dankness from Columbus & Mosaic, and loads of tropical fruit from Nelson & Nectaron. Think nectarine, mango and pinapple, with touches of white grape!

Kohua (5.3%)

We have teamed up with from Lincoln, Nebraska to brew a really hop forward New Zealand Pilsner, testing out Freestyle Hops new Cold Pressed Hop Juice, essentially a liquid concentrated version of fresh hops! We Double Dry Hopped this one with a combination of Nelson (Crop Selected T90, Cryo & Cold Pressed Hop Juice) and Nectaron! It is a really assertive and hoppy NZ Pilsner with loads of tropical fruit, passionfruit, papaya, peach, tropical white grape and dank pineapple kush. This is a mega sessionable and heavily hopped NZ Pils!
