𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗳 𝗮𝘁 𝗢𝗹𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗴å𝗿 𝗽å 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
Det er med blandende følelser, at vi annoncerer, at Ole Nielsen efter mere end 29 år som produktionschef hos Fomaco har valgt at gå på pension fra 1/12-2023.

Ole har været en stor bidragyder til Fomaco's succes og været kulturskaber i organisationen. Han er en værdsat, dygtig og dedikeret kollega hos Fomaco.

Vi vil savne hans engagement og væsen i Fomaco. Alle hos Fomaco ønsker Ole al held og lykke med den nye tilværelse som pensionist.

Vi vil gerne sende Ole rigtig godt afsted og håber meget, at du/I vil være med.

Derfor inviterer vi til afskedsreception for nuværende og tidligere medarbejdere, samarbejdspartnere, venner og familie som ønsker at sige farvel til Ole.

Reception due to Ole Nielsen retiring
It is with mixed feelings that we announce that after more than 29 years as production manager at Fomaco, Ole Nielsen has chosen to retire from 1/12-2023.

Ole has been a major contributor to Fomaco's success and a culture creator in the organization. He is a valued, skilled, and dedicated colleague at Fomaco.

We will miss his commitment and being in Fomaco. Everyone at Fomaco wishes Ole the best of luck with his new life as a pensioner.

We want to send Ole off very well and hope very much that you will join us.

Therefore, we invite you to a farewell reception for current and former employees, business partners, friends, and family who wish to say goodbye to Ole.

APPRENTICESHIP
As part of our mission, we naturally take our social responsibility and contribute to more young people getting apprenticeships and being trained in a safe environment. We aim to facilitate their growth and encourage them to continue a path of industrial craftsmanship. Asbjørn and Felix are the latest two to join the team of eight apprentices at Fomaco.

MERRY CHRISTMAS 2022
At least 63 times, we wanted to share some special occasions or events at Fomaco during 2022. We say, at least, because there were more moments and experiences that we should have shared, but we didn’t. We realized we had moments that you could have found engaging - educational sessions, customer visits, and corporate events .... we are sorry.
As this period traditionally evokes reflection and promises, we promise to become better at sharing and invite you to join our journey in 2023. Curing and marination are not only about preserving food and reducing food waste - which is great in itself! It is also about a dedicated team of people, friends- and partnerships across cultures. Support in challenging times for those in need and funny moments from corporate events.
We thank all of you who made 2022 to be the year of achievements, and we respectfully ask you to join us as we enter 2023.
