Old English Gin

Negroni with a cinnamon twist for the holidays🎄
- 3 cl Old English Gin
- 3 cl Campari
- 3 cl sweet vermouth
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Orange peel for garnish

Fill a lowball glass with ice.
Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
Stir for 10–15 seconds.
Add a cinnamon stick to the glass and let it infuse for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with a thick strip of orange peel.

(tip: infuse the gin with 1-2 cinnamon sticks over night for a much richer cinnamon flavour)

VIG FESTIVAL 2024 was fantastic and the happy guests enjoyed 10.000's of Geranium GT's and Geranium Gin Hass. VIG FESTIVAL prioritize sustainability and all drinks are served in reusable cups and pitchers. For every bar, Geranium Gin was delivered as Bag-in-Box, thus saving the festival tons of glass and CO2.

“… I wanted to do something different than the ubiquitous GinTonic and decided to give the drink a spicy twist by pairing it with a gingerb**r.”

4,5cl Old Tom Gin (Old English)
0,5cl Blue Curacao
Ginger B**r for refill

Stir Gin & Blue Curacao on ice and pour in a long cocktail glass. Fill up with ginger b**r. Stir carefully and top with blueberries.

4cl Old English Gin
2cl Noilly Prat Vermouth
1,5cl Luxardo
2 dash's Peychauds Bitters

Mix all the ingredients over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and watch the drink become half hidden.

6 cl. Old English Gin
1 cl. Simple Syrup
1 cl. Pandan Paste
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into a tumbler over a large ice cube. Garnish with mint leaf.
