This year's scion wood collection. 12 apple and 4 pear cultivars - enough for 125 new trees 🍎🍏🍐🌳 Now we're only waiting for the rootstocks and spring to arrive so we can get cracking!

Winter dump! We've been busy the last couple of months. We bought at picked up a whole brewhouse i Aarhus, went to Serbia to prune the vineyard and check on the fermentation, had several blending sessions of the 2024 cider vintage, started on the ceilings in our storage room, made some salumi, and aquired more machines for the farm. Exiting times! Next up, grafting season 🍎🍏🍖🥂🍻🍾

Midsummer stroll in the orchard.

Today we had the pleasure of hosting for a bit a planking and a tasting of both traditional and more experimental ciders as a part of their annual summer event. It all took place in our (almost finished) cidery. Don't hesitate to reach out of you are interested in an event like this 🍎🥂

Everything is yellow at the moment. The daffodils and dandelions are in full flower, and the other day, we finally finished the ceilings in the production. Now we just have some electrical work and a couple of finishing touches before we are ready for the harvest in the autumn 🥂🍏🍎
