We are featured in the next episode of Dinner at Michelin Restaurants, where Timm Vladimir and special guest Søs Egelind visits Claus Henriksen - MOTA - and his favourite suppliers 🤩 🎥 Their visit was a real pleasure with conversations about umami and our shared passion for food craftsmanship 💚 To our big delight Timm revealed that our CONTEMPEHRARY condiments were also found in his own personal kitchen and bar cabinet 🥃 Watch the program on TV3 and ViaPlay Monday next week.

We are super thrilled to share that CONTEMPEHRARY is nominated as ‘Producer of the Year’ Gastro Awards 2026. This recognition means a lot to us! Gastro Awards bring together the best of the best from the Danish food scene and we are very honoured to be nominated in this new category. The award show takes place in May, so stay tuned 😄 And have a lovely weekend!

5 cl gin or vodka
1 cl dry vermouth
1 cl CONTEMPEHRARY bønne sauce

We had a distinguished visit in our production this morning, for a talk about our history, development and future visions - and how politicians at Christiansborg and in the European Parliament can help create the right conditions for sustainable growth of innovative food producers.

We are honored that Minister of Food Jacob Jensen and Asger Christensen (Member of the European Parliament) took the time to visit us here in the run-up to the general election on Tuesday. This shows that entrepreneurial companies within biosolutions / development of innovative green foods are being heard and taken seriously. This is needed if we want to create a healthy, robust and sustainable food system for the joy and benefit of all of Denmark. So thank you for your attention and the great interest!

Also a big thanks to Anne Lerche from Alliance for Biosolutions for facilitating the visit.

Fantastic here in Tokyo! The FoodEx fair has been a success beyond expectations - offering so many interesting visits and proving the great opportunities here. It is truly encouraging and inspiring to meet so many great chefs, buyers and producers who appreciate our products in such a great way. Looking forward to continuing building partnerships in Japan! We are soon heading home, loaded with good energy and determination to scale and reach even further.

Started with a rewarding event at the Danish Embassy followed by four days FOODEX 2026 tradeshow at Big Sight.

We've been quiet on SoMe for a while, but only because we've been so incredibly busy.
We are growing, expanding our production facility and becoming more employees - we are running very fast but we are so grateful that our products are being used more and more all over Denmark. Thank you!
