Vi elsker vin! Vi tænker på vin, drømmer om vin og smager på vin. Næsten hele tiden.

Lieviti ['ljɛviti] importerer og sælger italiensk naturvin, eddike, balsamico og olivenolie med et minimum af tilsætningsstoffer, med naturen som omdrejningspunkt og direkte fra små vinmagere. Vores passion ligger hos små ikke-industrielle vinmagere, som giver deres kærlighed til naturen videre til vinene. Vores sortiment består af naturvine, der er produceret uden pesticider og kunstgødning og me

d minimal tilsætning af additiver i vinkælderen. Alle vinene er naturligvis producerede på håndhøstede druer, og med spontangæring. Kort sagt intet tilføjet, intet fjernet - zero/zero! Udover vin importerer og forhandler vi også økologisk eddike og balsamico og olivenolie produceret helt uden tilsætninger. Når du besøger os, har vi altid vin og andre produkter til smagning. Kig gerne forbi efter aftale, eller hold øje med vores "åbent hus" - vi er altid glade for at se dig!

Magasinet Gastro og René Langdahl har så venlige at give den dejlige hvidvin fra Villa Calicantus en virkelig god anmeldelse og fem flotte stjerner ✨ Daniele Dalaini og hans familie laver smukke vine ud af 8 ha vinmarker i det ellers udskældte Bardolino, Veneto. Her hersker biodynamisk dyrkning og en særlig kærlighed til de lokale druer Corvina, Rondinella og Molinara. Bl.a. laves druerne til den velsmagende rødvin La Superiora. I 2024 er disse gode blå druer lavet til en flot hvidvin lagret i 6 måneder i brugte egetræsfade. Navnet er La Superiora in Bianco - og den er et bekendtskab værd!

Og skulle du komme forbi Gardasøen er Villa Calicantus et besøg værd. Her kan du opleve fantastisk gæstfrihed, mad på lokale råvarer og selvfølgelig akkompagneret af deres dejlige vine. Stor anbefaling! ❤

"Hvidvin lavet på blå druer, 11,5 % og fra en Steiner-følger i markarbejdet, som også trækker tankegangen ind i vineriet og undgår manipulation. Villa Calicantus er en af mine favoritproducenter i det ærgerligt fortærskede Bardolino. Forfriskende æbleduft, æbleblomster, dansk cider, og den smager som en blanc de noir fra Champagne uden bobler. Forbløffende ren for husets stil, som jeg sætter stor pris på — altså deres naturtilgang og til tider halvvilde udtryk. Jeg er vild med den provokerende syre og klare påvirkning fra eddikesyre og vinsyre, men den virker fuldmoden alligevel. Test lige dine kammerater med denne her i glasset."

New winemaker: BOSSANOVA 🎶🍇

We have started working with Andrea Qu***ia and his beautiful wines from the Teramo hills in northern Abruzzo. After some years as a jazz musician in New York, Andrea was called back to the mothership to make wines from vineyards originally planted by his grandfather. Andrea is first and foremost a farmer and the fantastic wines is the side effect. His passionate biodynamic work in the vineyards has increased the quality of both plants and fruit, and thus the wines can be made with minimal intervention. He mainly makes wines from Trebbiano d’Abruzzo and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, grapes typical of the region, and turns them into clean, classic style wines aged only in concrete. He also creates yearly side project wines (b-sides) of macerated Trebbiano d’Abruzzo and a rifermentato of Trebbiano, Passerina and Montonico.

In our portfolio, we have:
Capsule Two 2022 – Trebbiano, Passerina and Montonico, rifermentato sparkling wine, aged in concrete tank and in bottle.
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC 2023 – 100 % Trebbiano aged 10 months in concrete
Swing 2022 – 100 Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, 5 months maceration on 30 % of the skins, aged in concrete tank for 10 months.
Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC 2023 – 100 % Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, destemmed and crushed, aged 10 months in concrete tank.
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC 2022 – 100 % Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, 10 days maceration, aged 12 months in concrete tank.
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOCG 2022 – “Il Bossa” – 100 % Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, 21 days of maceration, aged 18 months in concrete tank.

All wines are organic certified.

🥳 New winery – Azienda Agricola PASTORIS, Alto Piemonte!

In 1950 Oliviero Pastoris established a small vineyard in Viverone in Alto Piemonte. Grape varieties like Nebbiolo, Freisa and Erbaluce grown in sour moraine soil on the hill tops. The vineyard passed from generation to generation. From Oliviero to Massimo to Eugenio. The family still only owns three hectares of vines while seven other hectares are dedicated to kiwi plants, peach trees, olive trees and beautiful forest. Since 2014 the vineyard has been certified organic, and the wines are made with minimal intervention. Aging is done in concrete and carefully selected oak barrels. The production is low: only 6000 bottles per year.

Eugenio Pastoris makes clean, authentic, beautiful wines with a clear presence of the special and fantastic terroir. We are very proud to have found this little gem and look forward to working with Eugenio and his wines from this wonderful area of Northern Italy.

In our portfolio, we have:
La Norezza 2023 – 100 % Erbaluce with a little botrytis and skin maceration. Aged in concrete.
Morenico (NV) – Mix of Freisa and Nebbiolo from 2019 and 2022. Aged in concrete and used oak barrels.
La Cucca 2021 – 100 % Nebbiolo aged first on concrete and then in used oak tonnaux.

🚨 News alert - winemaker incoming!! 🚨
Our friend Giovanni Bottazzi from is visiting us in Copenhagen on Thursday the 13th of November.

Come taste the Fora Wines when we serve them at in great neighborhood Carlsbergbyen at 15:30 to 17:00 on Thursday the 13th of November 2025.

The Fora Wines project is a project made from the love of outdoor life and the natural wines from the Vicenza area in Veneto, and is run by Giovanni and his partner-in-crime Simone Fanton. The Italian word FORA means “OUT” and is often used about someone who is out of their mind, about unusual people following their heart’s desire, but also the life lived outside - in the vineyard, under the clear blue sky working or riding the favorite bicycle. All of this describes very well Giovanni and Simone.

The Fora wines are elegant, drinkable and juicy. They beautifully showcase Giovanni’s and Simone’s love for wine and the outdoor life perfectly combined in the Garganega and Tai Rosso grapes from the beautiful area of Colli Berici, Vicenza.

We look forward to seeing you Giovanni - and to show your tasty wines to the people.

We are very happy to announce an amazing addition to our portfolio: Il Pingro of Marina di Grosseto, Maremma in Toscana.

In 2020, the cousins Chiara and Margherita returned to Maremma after having worked with art and design in Northern Italy. Together they took over a small, abandoned vineyard planted by their grandfather while moving into the family’s rural house, and started to take care of the vineyards less than 1 km from the sea.

The wines are made from Procanico, Ansonica and Sangiovese and aged in concrete and wood. Vibrant, elegant, salty and vivid wines - all very beautiful with an aesthetic feel.

In our portfolio we have:
Bianco 2024: Procanico and Ansonica with short maceration, aged in concrete.
Rosso 2024: Sangiovese with 15 days of maceration, aged in concrete.
Sabbione 2024: Sangiovese frizzante refermented with frozen must.
Nada 2023: Ansonica with 3 days of maceration and aging in wood for 1 year.

In the summer of 2025, they took over Casa Cometa to make an agriturismo with same aesthetic as in their wines: beautiful rooms, a mix of cultural heritage and comfort, a genuine sense of hospitality, good food and of course wine.

We look forward to a very long and fruitful collaboration with Margherita and Chiara 💙
