Wednesday morning at 10am 2 of my beers will be at for you to take home.
Thursday at 2pm I will host a tasting alongside Uchu Brewing from Japan. This will be at .

Two new beers premiere today! Both of them are collaborations with 😃

"Theory of Hops" is a 7.2% DDH hazy IPA with Freestyle Nelson, Freestyle Peacharine, Citra Cryo, Nelson Cryo and Citra Quantum.

You can get it at Basement Beer Bar and .

"Pressing Affairs" is a 14% Munichwine aged for 17 months in a small format Distillery 291 Bourbon barrel. Made with 100% Munich malts.

This can ONLY be found at for the massive Pulpit Rock/Pleasanti Street TTO they are hosting today!

For now anyway 😉

MOVING DAY!

This week have been exciting! I have moved two stouts to new barrels 😃 That's right, two new double barrel aged Imperial stouts are in the works.

And not just any barrels, but 7 year Weller Wheated Bourbon Barrels 😛

The first stout was moved from a 10 year Russell Reserve Bourbon Barrel where it spent 25 months.

The second stout was moved from a 1792 Wheated Bourbon barrel where it spent 17 months.

Both are expected to stay in their new home for at least 12 months.

Can't wait for these to finish! ❤️

HUGE COLLAB this Week at Bad Seed Brewing! 😃

We've long talked about making a massive Stout together, destined for fresh Bourbon barrels.

And we decided to go big! After 2 mashes boiled down to half volume over 22 hours, we ended up at 40,5 plato/1184 OG. Which is ridiculously thicc 😝

Something this big needs a long time in barrels, and possibly double barrels. So don't expect to taste it anytime soon 😉
