Flowers before berries. Rose hips grow naturally along the coastline around Denmark and are a true sign that Scandi summer has arrived. A beautiful flower, with many gastronomic possibilities. When summer days get shorter, the flowers turn to berries, and we infuse them into our floral fusion kombucha.

Sammen med veterantog vestsjælland afholder vi kombucha smagning d. 11 juni. Vi kører en tur ud i det grønne. Der gøres holdt, hvor vi vil afholde en smagning af vores Kombucha. Derefter går turen tilbage igen.
